Maintenance Technician
Maintains production and quality by ensuring operation of machinery and mechanical equipment.
Duties &
Responsibilities:
o Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines.
o Follow diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, manufacturing instructions, and engineering specifications troubleshooting malfunctions.
o Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision measuring and testing instruments.
o Removes defective parts by dismantling devices using appropriate tools examining form and texture of parts.
o Controls down time by informing production workers or routine preventive maintenance techniques.
o Determine causes of operating errors and decide appropriate course of action.
o Conduct tests and inspections of machinery to evaluate performance.
o Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
o Reassemble equipment after completion of inspections, testing, or repairs.
o Use required PPE and follows all safety guidelines of the Company.
o Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
